These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and fe7777 (hereinafter "fe7777", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://fe7777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any part of the fe7777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. fe7777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.

4.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful registration information. If any of your details change — including your name, address, phone number or payment method — you must update your Account promptly. fe7777 may require re-verification of updated information.

4.4 Account Currency. Where the Platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as an Account currency, transactions will be denominated in PKR. Exchange rates applied to non-PKR transactions are determined by the Platform and may include a margin. Verify currency settings in your Account before transacting.

4.5 Identity Verification (KYC). fe7777 is required to verify the identity of its users. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity document (CNIC or equivalent), proof of address and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within a specified period may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or Account closure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, fe7777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use. You may access the Platform, create an Account, participate in available Services and view Content solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Use. You must not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or otherwise contrary to these Terms. A non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities is set out in Section 9 below.

5.3 Platform Availability. fe7777 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical failures, third-party outages and force majeure events may affect availability. fe7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

5.4 Technical Requirements. You are responsible for maintaining an internet connection, compatible device and browser sufficient to access the Platform. fe7777 is not responsible for any incompatibility between the Platform and your hardware or software.

fe7777 supports a range of payment options which Pakistani users commonly verify in the Platform cashier. These may include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency networks where available.

6.1 Payment Availability. The specific payment methods available to you at any given time are determined by the Platform's cashier. fe7777 does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method, and availability may vary by location, account verification status and other factors.

6.2 Payment Method Disclaimer. The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment provider on this Platform constitutes a reference to familiar Pakistani payment options only. None of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support fe7777 as a gambling operator. Users must verify the terms of their payment provider independently.

6.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. fe7777 does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe — actual processing durations depend on the chosen payment method, KYC status and operator review.

7.1 KYC Requirement. Your identity must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC or passport, proof of residential address and verification of your deposit payment method. fe7777 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

7.2 Wagering Conditions. Where an active bonus balance is held in your Account, any outstanding wagering requirement must be satisfied — or the bonus must be explicitly cancelled — before a withdrawal can be processed. 8.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

8.6 Maximum Cash-out. Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-generated winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms and is strictly enforced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe7777 Platform. This list is illustrative and non-exhaustive. fe7777 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms.

• Opening more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game software.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner contrary to their spirit.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Introducing viruses, malware or other harmful code to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing fe7777 staff, support agents or other users.
• Making charge-back requests against legitimate transactions or otherwise attempting to defraud fe7777.

All Content on the fe7777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software and game content — is the property of fe7777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and view Platform Content for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, adapt, modify, display publicly or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior express written consent of fe7777.

The fe7777 name, logo and associated branding elements are trademarks of fe7777. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use fe7777 trademarks, trade names or service marks for any purpose whatsoever.

11.1 No Warranties. The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if fe7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe7777's total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100).

11.4 Gambling Losses. fe7777 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform. By using the Platform you accept that gambling involves risk and that all stakes wagered may be lost.

fe7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools and resources to assist users in managing their gambling activity. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a specified period or indefinitely. 13.2 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to customer support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination — whether initiated by fe7777 or by you — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 10, 11 and 14) shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Retention of Funds. Where an Account is suspended or closed as a result of a breach of these Terms or a regulatory investigation, fe7777 may retain the Account balance pending the outcome of the relevant inquiry. fe7777 will not retain funds beyond the period reasonably necessary to resolve the matter.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fe7777 is incorporated or registered as an operator, as determined by the applicable operator licence.

fe7777 does not represent that the Platform or its Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

fe7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, fe7777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — such as a notification displayed on the Platform or an email to your registered address — prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
